Safe enchant/Max enchant rate tweaked due to players demand

Safe enchant +10
Max enchant +20
Regular scroll chance 70%
Blessed scroll chance 80%

I think I know what are you worrying about.
I bet it is short pvp while having high max enchant rate right?

If I'm correct then fear no more :)

We will balance it adding p.def/m.def

+1 for safe 6 max 10. and no custom armors bro:)\
Also as u say u have off files just dont do anything... maybe nerf steal divinity and do nothing else... leave it as it is. add full buffs safe 6 and max 10. Gear to be farmed in maximum a day and i promise u alot of ppl in it and successful server

no wrong xD, +6 should be easy and for +10 u have to farm alot, imo better or u have nothing else to do except pvp/oly :D
