I'm wondering, what does a high rate server need to be perfect?
I've been playing on few but couldn't find anything that would really impress me.

What do you think an High Rate server should have to become a very attractive place for today's players?

i just made my pp 83 in 52 minutes, i bet you get to that lvl later then me even on a 1000x sv

well, its nice to lvl up that fast, but on 1kx lvl up till 85 is 10-15mins. I will try that server for sure.for now my favourite is gang

for me it would be h5 with max enchant 10 with 70percent rate, s80 is max equip, easy farm and oly time 15-24. Att max 150,60.

instead of h5 gracia final/epi.

Auto events running 3-4x a day only + attractive rewards to BOTH teams (to avoid leaving), lower reward for losing team though
20+4/12 buffs slots, NOT MORE & NOT LESS!!
NPC Buffer without all buffs, some PP/EE/SE buffs to be able to solo => this makes supports useful and welcome to party/clan
All buffs not given by the npc should have retail duration (or just a tiny bit boosted)
No dualbox allowed to avoid auto feeding/buffing/etc
No flexible rules, if someone breaks a rule and got reported/caught -> punished
Full antibot/hax/etc protection, full DDoS protection (costs alot, I know)
Make some use of the raid bosses -> for example: make them drop KE's or gc/gcm + faster respawn and why not pvp zone lol.
Make the classes as close as possible to retail (corresponding to the right chronicle ofc), so players won't QQ too much except about gladi's power and the lol tanks + daggers's lol dmg over9k etc. This is L2, get used to it.
When the server features are established, they can be changed ONLY DURING BETA. When the server got launched, don't change anything -> it kills the whole server population aka dead
The admin should always be coherent, don't say smth and a few days later u say the opposite -> see 1st line.
