Sounds all good except for the buff slots and the weight limit. Leaving them retail like is better imo ;O

actually there is some discussion going atm about buff slots, to make them lower... Maybe on live server will be little less.

Weight limit no way players will let me lower it xD

Server starts Saturday, 26.11.2011 7pm gmt+1

You will get party buffs.
You will just not get buffs that require target.

and there is a z zone check to avoid buffing in toi from lower lvl

Well first day and many had login problems because we switched on bot protection. Population got a peak shortly after, but maybe starting sunday would have been better ;)
