i am playing oly with a destro lvl 78 with tateossian jewels and a ic set...

i want to know what can i do to don't get slowed by mages and debufed by sk cubics or at least minimize the efect of this curses..

I always turn my skill lionheart when i'm playing against this kind of enemy, but it seens like nothing to this curses.
ohh i also use +5 wit -5 int in my char because i read that wit prevents against dbuffs (i dont know if it is true)

ok first of all, many ppl make this mistake: wit doesnt influence curses like poison or slow only curses that are hp related, for ur kind of problems i suggest u use +men not wit, sec when ur fighting against opponnent like mages and sk (they lack hp) u should try using a blunt ( they get stun 80%). the fact is that destroyers are slow thats their main problem u should use a bow, u should even use some dies like i did when i played for hero on dex ( -4 str+ 4dex) because orcs have power skills, i will guarantee that u will se the differrence in accuracy and crit rate, the dmg wont loose that much, so dont say u will do low dmg, because with skills like rage, frenzy it doesnt matter

try to be as close to them as possible when the oly begins, then stun->mage down, SK has serious problems
or another way... turn frenzy+zealot on before the oly starts (a lot of equip needed to do this... but it is worth it), when it starts it restores your HP (at least on Ilude+, if you're on C4 then be careful not to get sleeped for the duration of skills-that means wear nightmare) and you have a beast in full power with full HP... nothink I've seen can stand this

Pepi, think for a second. What is the other skill you have that increases significantly your M.def and P.def ? Every mage starts with vortex, slow, surrender and then he nukes. Just turn it on for 5 seconds, then turn off and start running towards the mage. Parry stance is a big weapon and no one uses it, thinking its useless. I suggest you to increase one more level, to get over the body.

fighters cant put +men -int or +men -wit dyes on themself

dude if u know how to play destro the only dye u need is witt +5 int -5 and btw u can start oly in frenzy no need to worry about slow becaouse all of them will run and u will do 2-3 hits on mages if no crit ( with zealot +ww (from oly buffs ) u have 190 speed nice no? )

also blue wolf set is another idea of increasing ur speed:)+7 speed ftw:P

yes i use bw set against mages it gives me more speed and atack. i always turn rage on too. About start the fights against mages with frenzy +zealot+rage is a good idea but i dont have the equipments to do it yet.. i don´t think tha is a godd idea to start in frenzy mode against a sk because of tod.
i always try to start the fight as close as i can and use hammer crush to stun !! i never tried that thing with parry stance on the begning but i will.
talking by dyes fighters can´t use +men dyes so i put +wit, maybe as somebody said is a good idea to use some dye that gives me dex, but i really don´t know because i used it before and i didn´t liked.
about over the body it will help me a lot for sure i'm looking for this skill!
