 Post subject: one question about skills ...

Hello ppl, im playing in l2.ws, and today i was watching oly, and there was a human mage, using the skill Hurricane (or at least it was like hurricane) and the skill Greater Battle Heal ... how could be this possible ... the server has acumulative subclass or something?

P.S: sory the question, im newbie yet :)
