Necro aka Soultaker has a skill called Forget Lv 13 (max): Takes away an enemy's will to attack.

i am not sure what it really does... it sounds like it takes away the targets will to attack which means it cousing enemy to cancel their target? and is it 100%?

if more info can be provided, i will be grateful.

I dont have the land rates, but it essentialy its the opposite effect of aggression. It decreases the mob's aggro towards u. Same as charm from elves

This is not target cancelling skill. It lowers the aggression of the mob towards you and no, it doesn't work on other players.

I know some players who are so "pr0", that you can count them as mobs...
