i love stupid questions because those questions are easy to be answered byurself..and u dont need to ask.. i could just use SEARCH or open lineage2.com skills and classes any mage class like sh and check what the fkin arcane powah does...

1. I ve searched first in the whole forum and didn´t find anything.
2. Lineage2.com says:

Significantly increases efficiency of magic and decreases MP consumption of skills. Casting Spd. is decreased and HP will be continuously consumed while in effect.

As u may have read, I ve not asked "Does arcane wisdom decreases MP consumption?"

3. If its a stupid question, are we all stupid? cause I wasnt the only one with that doubt (and I don´t think we re all stupid..)
4. This is a forum called "Skills and classes" where doubts about skills and classes can be resolved, and as I didnt know l2p.com I didnt found anything about the skill. Thats the reason for asking here.
