Updated Website
What's Changed on the Website?
Many things, though mostly in the backend. Here is a list of what's changed over the last month:

• Implemented a PHP MVC template system, and converted the entire site to use it.
• Rewrote all website URLs to be SEO friendly. No more php extensions or query strings.
• Completely rewritten website in XHTML 1.0 Strict/CSS 2.1. Transparent PNGs, and no more tables!
• Updated the website theme/design to be cleaner, with a fluid layout. Site width now varies between 980 px and 1220 px.
• Updated vBulletin from 3.7.4 to 3.8.7. We experimented with vBulletin 4.1.5, but we did not like it. Maybe in the future we'll go to vBulletin 4 or move to XenForo instead :elf2_14:

Warning to Users of Older Browsers
We no longer support IE 6 or IE 7, Firefox 2, and other older browsers. According to our web analytics, less than 10% of users are on unsupported web browsers. We officially support IE 8+, Firefox 3.6+, Chrome, and Opera.

We still have other changes in the works. Top of the list is adding SEO URLs to vBulletin, and creating background images to add color to the website. If any designers would like to help, let me know on IRC.

What are the Benefits and Future Plans?
The new site changes will make using the site nicer, faster, and standards-compliant in modern browsers. The changes will also make site development easier for us, and allow us to bring you cool features.

We would like to add an AJAX server status, AJAX castle status, L2 clan/character browser, top lists, online auction house/market, and other cool ideas. We are still developing these features, but we plan to be adding some of them in the near future.

Network Rebirth?
As you may already know, the Lineage II scene has changed a lot in the last few months. We think now is a good time to come back with a fresh Gracia Final (CT 2.3) server. Onepex, Fr3DBr, Nevyn, and myself are all back to deliver you a great experience. Unlike last time, Fr3DBr is now officially an administrator, and will be much more active in running the community.

We hope you will join us for the next chapter in Azure L2's saga.

When is the New Server Starting?
We do not have an exact date set, but we are currently estimating our live date to be in late September or October. Time will tell exactly when we go live.

What About Open Beta?
We are currently starting our closed beta test and will be moving to an open beta soon. August 22nd is the currently scheduled date for the Open Beta Test.

What are the Server Rates?
We are taking votes for rates right now. Check out the official poll from x2 to x7. You can check pool in azure forums.

Rates are going to be low, between 2x and 7x. We will adjust Vitality, if possible, to reflect the server rates.

What About Donations, Botting, and Other Things?
We are still deciding on all the details, but we plan to run this server like our other servers. This means:

• Fair, legit server rules; no dual boxing or multi-clienting; and no 3rd party programs allowed.
• Fair, limited donations that do not ruin the game's balance.
• A stable, quality server with quality staff. We take this very seriously.
• As few bugs as possible. Quality is important.

When it comes to server bugs, we will fix any issues we find. We will not go live until we are satisfied with the state of the server.

Go read their forum in the dualboxing thread, all unknown randoms asking for no dualbox and all serious clans asking for dualbox. And that idiot Aderyn actually listening to the randoms. No problem, if he can't listen to reason, he will learn it in "live mode". He thinks GF is same as C5. Will be funny to watch another embarrassing fail after Celes one.

I lost trust in azure yet again, aderyn worked his magic with insomnia, but the second it started to lose its population he pulled the plug on the server.
What makes us believe this server will be worth playing on again, if after a few months of grinding and trying our best to get good equips, attributes and codexs, you won't just delete it again? Show some proof of how serious you are, not just words, and don't use the past to big up your arguments.
As you said, the lineage2 scene has changed, so have the players.

No way...no dual boxing for sure isn't something you want to see in Chronicle based on Constant parties.
Also i remember rules didn't apply on donators...as i recall some people like that hero Tyrant from nanaki had different rules applying on him. I think not worth talking much about it, but hey still Gl with server if something changes how Clans would like it not randoms as above written you might have "old glory".
