Hi guys.

I'm playing on a l2j server and I think Spell howler 's cyclone is bugged. For example, AFAIK , that cyclone skill is a AoE-DoT (damage over time) skill, there are few clips on retail servers (Teon, Franz) clearly showing that the DoT time is last approximately 3-5 seconds(not sure) and causes 2000-5000dmg/s depends on your Mdef of course.

However, on this server (Epilogue L2J) , the cyclone's dmg is instant and massive (SH's mattack is 8600 and the damage is 15K dmg no crit on 1100Mdef with 100 wind resist ), the casting time is like 3-4 seconds or something, and the caster is remain White ( non combat ) until the skill is casted (usually end in RED because of the massive dmg). Well, SPS's Raging Waves skill in this server also has the same effect with cyclone , massive dmg and not a AoE - DoT one

So, what do you reckon guys, is the skill on this server is bugged ?

u cant find videos in youtube, as i seen last time it was like big buble comes and gives dmg who are inside ;o u will not get exactly number of dmg.

Well, I dont really want to see the dmg, just want to confirm the skill is DoT or almost instant

Its not a dot. Its an Aoe and whoever is inside that area gets damaged. It hits continuously for some time (not sure how long) or until cast is interrupted/caster runs out of mana.

just one q from my side, how to use it? yeah is stupid q, but i never played mage since interlude i think, im pure dd, and now i was drivind screamer 80, i pushed on cyclone and then my mouse became something like necromancy skill icon, i pushed mouse buttons but it didnt worked (i have magic symbol) i tryed it with ctrl but still no effect

@Vortex: I've watched those clips several times and IMO I believe the cyclone skill in my server is fucked, however if there was any up-to-date clip, it would be much better ! But thanks mate.
