where i can find Black Judge.. cuz i didnt find it in Hardins Academy.. there is another spot ? and if some1 want pls tell me some tips about this quest.. i got 17 pk's its time for me to make this quest..lol

there is one near floran. and another one near the point after you teleport to southern wastellands from gludin or gludio dont remember right now. i hope it helps

quest done i have sin eater yupii.... i found black judge near floran village thx a lot ...time for finished this quest .. almost 15 minutes
Tips:
talk to black judge...she send you at ivory tower 3rd floor at magistry...(forgot the name sry) .. hunt tarantula in sea of spores (need 3 q items) go back at ivory...black judge again......... go giran at blacksmith puskin... u need 1 blacksmith frame 2 adamntite nuggets.. 5 steel 10 cokes 10 silver nuggets .. u earn books of... go at black judge .. she gives u collier of... quest done u have sin eater... go farm / hunt in ur arrea lvl put sin eater in safe place start killling mobs.. u dont get any xp u need to lvl ur sin eater ..when hes lvl up he eat 5-7 pk points... good luck .. and buy some wolf food he is very hungry
