On previous chronicles was 0.4 when, instead, base cast speed was longer than now. But since c5 base land rate has 0.2

Reason anchor's land rate is painted RED is cuz it's wrong.
0,2 was in C4 lol. Now it's like 0,5 - 0,6, Nyo couldn't find the formula lol
I had a Necro since C2 and I've seen the HUGE difference in land rates
through the years.

In any case, all necro's curses have real high land rate...
And they have EITHER 0,4 land rate like mass slow.
OR 0,8 like curse of doom/silence.
If you have good weapon (som for instance) and you cast gloom..
on CH buffed target, imagine that most of your curses will land on a rate of 3/5.

And since i know that some people in here are stuborn as fuck..

It's true the land rate is greater, but i wouldn't go as far as .6 you know... I'd say .4, as i and kent agreed.

And btw i don't see the point of your notice, because i have already agreed with kent on the land rate. Anchor DOES land rarely, do you think 0.4 base is HIGH? Then how come silence has 0.8 and only then it lands like you say 3/5 could you please explain? You still think that a base land rate means: oh yea, .8 base land rate, that means 4 out of 5 will land. You're wrong buddy. Why do you think they call it BASE land?

Cuz silence has more resists, mental shield for
instance. xd And anchor lands as much as silence as far as I know...
And silence w/ gloom is maybe more than 3/5 on ch buffed pvp.
