+30% Crit.Rate for 15 seconds
from
Rogue Class (Hawkeye, Silver Ranger, Phantom Ranger, Treasure Hunter, Plainswalker, Abyss Walker, Arbalester)

is for melee (fighters) only ?
or for mages too ?

its for physical not magical
it increases only basic attack critrate not for skill
