Well, I guess it should be needed at all, what I tried to say is, that having many of them would suck. But I guess everything obtainable for adena/AA is just fine.

it will be a mid rate server and that means drop and craft. and npc shops
no custom npcs no gm shops

i like adena,aa,ke based currencies alot too
they are all kinda retail-based and always involved in sv economy

moderate vitality system (not burn so fast)
english website/forum
no donations for weapons/armors
nice rates on quest/spoil/drop (not so easy/not so dificult)

I believe that a low rate server.. x5 for example withOUT mana pots and withOUT buffer would be the best. A srrver x15-x25 should have a npc-buffer till lvl 40 or something.

Maybe u could make an experiment and make x2 server with fullbuffs and mana pots/light sabers...

OT: I dont like the options u gave for voting, so no vote from me.
I like basic buffs.

u get basic buffs from the adventure guides up to level 75.
theirs various quests that enable a buffer, such as ketra, varkas, swamp, im sure theirs more. their used to be a good one in WOA but i have not tried that in a couple of chronicles!
