Having more ideas and not just from one server is good and i'll see what I can do about "Nekys"
Anyway , what do you think of a zone , like Blazing Swamp for exemple, where this is a PvP zone where you will drop 50% for non PK and 100% for PK , meaning you will drop like both from inventory and items equipped. I am thinking that this will encourage PvP by alot! Hence, some rules might be applied, but just as an idea, what do you think?

If the population is rlly cool like 200+ retail s/d and 3rd class buff, or at least 3rd class buffs all retail for a freya server.
coz freya server mana pot + full buff = daggers or tanks :s bored..

a good population server interlude, if the server have buff 1h+.
I will try a low rate soon I think, like insomnia but im not sure if there I will find much pvp

I think it's the other way around...it will encourage zerging and ganking and no one will go there except maybe the strongest people on the server.

As long as the server doesn't have mana pots and has retail like buffs it's fine, and of course not having bugged skills which is like the most important part. Obviously dual box forbidden or else put npc buffer with all buffs except s/d since everyone is gonna have a wc/pp/se/ee on their ass anyway.

Here's some crazy idea ... you could make a freya/high five server(i'd go for h5) with like lvl 83 from the begining, subclasses lvl 80. High spoil rate in such way that you will still craft items but very very easy(x90-x150...dunno, never played any server with that high spoil rate). Buffer with full WC/PP buffs(20 minutes, cov/pof 5 or 10 minutes). No songs/dances, and retail buff slots 20/12.

GM shop until A grade(if freya) or S grade(if high 5).

Mana potions - not sure, either not use-able while flagged, or not exist at all.
No farm zones or currency or shit like that, whole pvp on epics(you can go for 2x epic jwl drop),on places like mos/bf for vesper spoil, etc.

Also, try to make a good economy or sh1t like that. Not too big adena drop rate, and add good things at gmshop for enough adena so that people will need it to buy those things(elemental stones/vesper noble stones/bog's).

There are many things you can think of. The point is to make a fun game, in which you don't make just pvp but also have fun with friends, do oly, make pvp on epics, etc.

1 more tip: lvl 80+ skills not auto-learn. If it is high 5, go drop them, if it is freya, increase epic's drop of those books or think of something to make them an important thing of the game.
2nd tip would be to limit the max enchant to +6. If items will be easy to craft, there will be many OE things and it will create unbalance. +6 with 66% chance is enough imo.

And... dunno you can think of more features or shits... if you need anymore opinions on any of your project even if it is HR/LR/fun/mid rate or whatever, just ask..

i would like to play at a server like infinite l2 but without the lag from usa(to be european )... and without lol donations and changes all the time...
i was playing there at the past and was nice ...
and max grade s !!! not dynasty,morai,vesper,vorpal,elegia and shits...
and gracia final client/epilogue/hellbound one of these...

Everyone has it's own idea/opinion, i shared mine, but i don't think copying another server would be so nice, even if it's succesful... it's just not right knowing it's not your idea, and plus, there should be more kind of "different" servers... lately all of them look the same and there are none of those servers that are not in the routine(or atleast i haven't seen any). Think of something new... be original!

Perfect pvp server ... hmmmm lets see. It should have the following features:
-interlude
-all s items in shop (cheap)
-max ench 6
-no donate
-only main buffs...WITH A DAMN OPTION TO BUFF UR SERVITOR THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING, U HEAR ME ?!?
-no lag
-no mana pots
-no skills from ls
-no f***en delay for changing armors, weps ( that means all macros work)
-the GM is not from certain countries from South america nor east-south Europe
-when a char named "orodras" logs in, everybody stops what he/she doin' and pm's a greedy greeting and bows.
end of story if u cant make dont make pvp servers

Interlude is just lol - classes are very limited to some basic skills, there's no strategy no nothing ... and don't tell me freya or H5 are unbalanced ... that's bullsh1t
