No such thing like new server with 3k on...This things dont happen every day U know? Much ppl left l2 and its hard to catch good numbers in more than 7-8 networks.Most servers starts with around 700-1k and soon they are totaly deserted. W8 for insomnia I dont rly see other new server with future more than 1-2 months.

Nice server is l2ex.eu
Low rate x5

no offline shop and no multibox (dual is ok)

at night there are 800 pplz.

at peak hours there are 1800~2k pplz :)
started 2 months ago, but no1 still has top gear O.O
