Only hard part about AQ is the PvP before/during the Raid...
Its really easy RB....
Its simple, kill 50% aprox of its HP with high lvl DD....
And finish it with 1-2 low level destros...

Or plan B: get BD/sws/warlock etc
and a 44 lvl destro with heavens divider and PL set...(yes HD focus)
he is supposed to kill the AQ in some seconds...
I am not 100% sure that this works, some friends I have..
say they done it quite a few times on C5 x5 server...

Edit: AQ is not normal RB,its Epic Boss... so no1 would get silenced or
petrified by attacking it....

its not aboout get silenced or petrified by attacking it.... .... its about the drop ...epic jewels (AQ ring) ...so is indicate to kill whit low lvl to drop something good because in interlude chance to drop that epic is now 30%..no?

when u kill 50% or more of its HP with char near
RB's lvl, u will still get the ring. You'll still have 30% chance for it.

since interlude , on retail, once you approach QA with a level higher than 49, you are petrified instantly.

If you REALLy need an ant queen ring then here's what you must do:

you need 2 parties

1st pt ----> high level chars to kill the nurses and the other guardians spawning near ant queen(thats their job only....better have profet and empower for that....and 4 sorcerors to do that job or better sph or necros for their body to mind)

2nd pt----> 4 sorcerors 44lvl deleveled to 43lvl
2 tanks (PALADINS 4tw)
1sws
1bd

the buffer you will need is 1 profet and 4 rechargers(i will let you choose the rechargers type but better have 1 SE and 3 EE)
(also have the profets and the other buffers in 1200range++++so they couldnt get silenced)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. the party with the high leveled people will kill all the raid fighters(nurses,guards....)
2. then the 1st tank will do his job only using aggresion when the rb strikes the sorceror(and not always)the other tank will just hit and wait for the rebuff time
3. when the rebuff time comes the other tank will take the rb at his hands and hold it up to the time the rebuff is done
4. dont forget that meanwhile the big party will be killing the guardians

i have done this in a low rated server (x6) 3 times
this is a sure trick that will financially give you an ant queen ring

On Roxy server u cant do it like this from now on :S High chars get raid curse :S Really annoying

yes i'm sure, i tried QA Yesterday, i was there to rez and i've approched the QA too much and got silenced instantly, my m8, HK has been petrified before having time to hit or hate something.

yup yup ... it is true that you will be debuffed by AQ once you are in her range... we tried it many times...

1200rnge +++ --------------> it is vary important take the nurses away and u will be fine
when u hit the rb the nurses just come to the one that hits it first
what you have to do is to get a high leveled char next to ant queen and hit it then all the rb fighters that will spawn next to rb will only hit the one to do the first hit
meanwhile the first tank will start using aggression AND NOT HATE AURA TO THE RB. too simple....

JUST TRY IT

i thought that the rb anchors u if ur 80 lvl killin 40 lvl raid

2=damage dealers(mages-sorc/sh/sps/necro- anything u can get)+bd+se(SE IS A MUST CUZ OF EMPOWER!) and warc/ol to buff them-u get high lvl buffs-enter start the raid-buffs are off-u get fast noob rebuff-continue
u should have TOP grade eq and be about 43 cuz 3 lvls make lil diff in the mana etc etc

For official server it is almost impossible to kill AQ without knowing the fact that spawn rate of Raid Fighter is very fast. and Nurse Ant Heal is awfully strong.

We will need one-two more party to distract the Nurse Ant by attacking Ant Larva in the back room: this ant larva will never die when HP goes to 0.

With this Ant Larva beating Nurse will come to this room (abandon the Queen) and try to heal the Larva, also some Soldier will attack the party.

And this is the chance to beat up the Queen.

the hard part is to keep the Larva Beating Party Survive: in my experience.
