If you would decide to start from the scratch....what server you guys would join ?

And what rates it should have ?

Definitely a high rate server (50x+) with no mana potion, retail buff duration and Hellbound (IL works fine too).
Good files are a must.

hr/mid h5 with l2 DC files but its not an option

I would say low, mid C5 since there are none. But I'm biased Why karakan thinking of another/new server?

right now i would like 3 things ...
1st choice one high rate hi5 server with unique farm areas and unique gameplay....nice customized, with max enchant not more than 16 otherwise 30 but with high rate for enchants and blessed enchants drop 100% enchant,and easy farm,cheap armors weapons and etc from shop,also lots of accecories and nice events with good rewards,party farm zones with higher drops,with full buffs from npc,gm shop and mana pots and without quests !!!
p.s maybe i forget some things

2nd choice a similar faction server like infinitel2...with lots of events and not 1 area to fight all the time....chronicle hmmm maybe hellbound or doesnt matter

3rd mid rate hellbound nice customized with nice farm areas gm shop mp pots no quests in oly max +4 weapons +3 rest and without epics and max enchant +16 or 10 even better

and all of them of course without donations and not elegia and not 1 month hero period !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Adena economy, so low Adena drop rate and some very expensive useful stuff in special shops, aka SBOGs, Life Stones etc...
1 week olympiad with enchant restriction (both equip and skills) so newbies could pwn
