What is the reuse time of Vampiric Mist (Soultaker skill lvl 83) ?
I see some server about 12sec reuse (7sec with buffs) and some 1min and etc

what is it in retail? I saw some video's in you tu be that it had same thing, +1min and 7sec reuse time.

seems like not many necro player we got... as the high5 is getting closer, necro class is not getting skills like other nuker, (Fing nsoft...bullies...) probably...
