Ok folks im willing to start the official servers :)
ruoff is cheaper and kinda better cause 2x exp adena drop item drop and its only like 8 $ to play it.
nc west is kinda more fked up but still in english.. 14 $ isnt big sum but still its quite big while u get nothing.
opinions please?

A friend of mine who was bp hero on teon and now i think hes 84lvl told me : "In official before you can start playing you have to bot for 1-1.5 year" just consider that and the euros you have to spend to e-bay and stuff!! I will start on the new dex which i think will be the last chance for l2 players to get decend and fresh server

And im not going to the ruoff to grind 24/7 to become a factor or smth. Ima going to have fun killing mobs/people :D

1) if you dont know russian and/or havent got some friends (at least a cp) dont bother playing on ruoff.

2) about exp mit. remember that l2 with new updates have easier and faster lvling system. i will give only some examples:

- PA (exp x2) - ru
- nevit system
- 50% runes for exp
- 76+ mobs give more exp (dont remember the values but something like 20%)
- after lvl 80 exp needed to reach next lvl is reduced by 1/3
- full vit potions
- vit stopping potions
- 2 epic quests (40% on 79 and 20% on 81)
- frequently events for even faster lvling

my cp friend started in christmas time and now he is almost 83 (he got our support so it was a little easier).

but remember
1) if you dont know russian and/or havent got some friends (at least a cp) dont bother playing on ruoff.

forget EU/NA off, pvp win pt with more lines in l2ranger, u need mucho money for gear/char

chose between ruoff or good priv srv

most of the srv are RU but there are also many eng speaking ppl, so its kinda easy to find find CP
