Pride of Kamael it says something about mortal blow...

can kamael do that just like daggers then ? i never seen one doing it.

"Kamael-only weapon is used". Kamaels dont use daggers. They have some skills that say: "Lethal strike possible". The Mortal Blow words in Pride of Kamael are for thoes skills with "lethal strike possible". It increases the chance of a lethal

It's a party buff. Should be nice in archer, dagger and mage party. BUT it depends on how much it increases, it can increase for ex patk by 3%, matck by 6% +20% blow land rate, so nobody will give a shit about it, except daggers.
