No. Most of the servers don't have these talismans added in the list of talismans that can be acquired through castle/fortress. Unless you're playing retail, there's a high probability that these talismans don't exist on your server.

No one was missing on inferno (same files) :) altho Im not so sure bout talisman of explosion
