Hmm... I think u r a bit wrong. Look pvp: HE vs SR sr uses Rapid fire and now he have about as same p atk as he +higher atk spd and almost the same con, but everybody know that sr have better evasion and accu, so he will get pwned if he uses hawkeye skill he still get pwned becouse of -p def. about sr vs pr enough couple of stun shots and pr is about to lose. Most of he,pr forgets that sr has lower range with rapid fire, so they don't run if they starting to run its enough speed for sr to catch them. And if we're talking about oly then sr>all if equip is the same becouse of small arena =D.
So as you see SR>HE>PR =)

SR was best in 1v1 or small pvps, bcoz of its atk speed
in sieges he was the worst one bcoz of lower range with rapid fire

Dude u can not use rapid fire if u want sr is gr8 and w/o it still atk spd high,accu high,evasion high,crt rate high just lesser p atk. and in cs when there are many archers u dont feel any difference =)
