i said it many times and not goin to repeat im not goin to try some skills on some l2j servers where most of them have completely different formulas than on retail

The server is perfect atm and I can say it's the best PvP server atm.

yes skills have retail formulas bcuz admin of that server got retail files where he could find those, why didnt he set his server on official files then?

It may be a good server but it is far far away from being retail like for few reasons:
skill formulas etc - they r how devs think it should work, w/o official source u simply wont have them and they r not like u can check them any time on some site etc, for example almost all l2j and all l2dc servers have problem with debuff land rate and it is a fact confirmed by many many people on many forums/servers
custom pvp system - lack of attribute system, this with addition of previous reason makes the game and pvp COMPLETELY different than normally

like that guy said he plays on server where attribute system is working, so sry but ur "advices" r worth shit in this case
