CTRL + ALT + DEL (Task Manager) ---> and look in process "services.exe" NO the system user.

After finalizing, logging of peacefully =).

I can't process "services.exe" NO, have system Block

Its the first time i see this error.maybe post in ur srvrs forum.
Did u reinstall the game and the patch?

If you can not be removed just like that, run safe mode or delete the name of Administrator. Or use unlocker.
