btw this serv failed at start and they will give "second chance" (or maybe second fail?)

l2romania is kinda fail also , glads (S wepon +4) gives 7k dmg on a tank lvl 85 set dynasty found +6 (fullbuffed/rezists/skills++/no zerks) or better 15k on nukers in dynasty , 12k on daggers etc

I checked it and he's a copypaste of l2dc files (the 1st ones, when tezza was a rb like a t rex and other sh1ts wasnt fixed , prolly when inferno started last time) they got a few npcs same as l2dc , skills landing , same buggs

Im 95% sure about that (not 100% )
