Dude I get to ~12k HP buffed on my GH(which has the lowest CON on daggers) and quite high pdef/mdef, and with bishop+se in my party ... nah i won't die rly fast. This skill triggers on reflect dmg too, so if you hit someone with normal hits you can trigger it by your own, also at mass pvp there are alot of AOE's including mass rush impacts, and skills that do quite low dmg, so yeah it will trigger.
