Well whats the fastest way to do it?I dont care if they are simple middle high or top
as long as they are 76+ lvl.

dunno the 76ones drops more often in varka than 80s in pi for me. Give it a try

i used to farm LSes solo in rift but it has only a point if u exp there - was able to get even 15 life stones in 10 minutes
