If you want to start your own server then it will take a while untill you understands how it works..

Anyways, here you have a site you can download anything yo need for a server, I mean almost evreything and the instruction about installing are here also.

PS: Navicat,MySQL and java you should download on your own (If you are ready with the server and you need a patch I have one patched for you, drop me a PM if you need it.
