What is exact effect of Force of Destruction? Skill info says that:

Code:
Attacks the enemy with 2516 Power added to P. Atk. and penetrates the target with the energy of destruction. Chi Energy Stage 2 Recharge needed. Available with hand-to-hand combat weapons. Over-hit and Critical hit are possible.


But it's even weaker than Burning Fist, so it gives some debuff or what? And what is Chi Energy?

I tried to search, but it's pretty clever when it ignores words like "of" :D :D :D

Chi energy prolly refers to force stages. Never heard of chi.

it's nowhere a crap
it's a sadistic OP skill, it does a huuuuuge DOT damage and the re-use time/mpcost is nice

Ah, ok then... And what about land rate? Is it possible to land it on lv 85 tank with full vesper +6? :D

what has vesper to do with landrate?
FoD is a lvl 83 skill so yes it has decent landrate
