he is the one who works on their files, one of few ppl who have direct acces to them, the one who maintain most of the things there - he is mod, gm, coder (maybe he isnt very good at it but still) and a core staff member
while MichaelV is only a GM/Mod who has to ask admins about everything etc, shabaka is one of those who r being asked, if u would play there some time u would realize that

u fail again my friend

Look where bad management took them, all 3 servers are dead.
That's bad enough for Catalin.
