They are not saying, but some of the posts say it is another private development team but no idea if it is Russian or not.

According to players who have been on the test server the files they are using are amazing. Some comment it is the best geodata system ever seen on java.

everything work , just gracia continent is still missing some stuff

This server is very decent , not like pure l2j server
this one have a very good geodate and lot of fixe done

Server is moving to real place and beta will continu again i think 2 3 day
you should try it by yourself
and see how stuff work

for me its pretty good

i hope a lot of ppl will come for more fun

lol i can give you 1 server that is pure epilogue java

so you can compare it
i did actualy and i promise you lol
its just horible its impossible to compare
up to you to belive me or no
