Does critical buffs (Focus, DW, Song of Hunter, Dance of Fire etc) influence rate/power of critical skills? (For example TSS or Fatal Strike)

I mean in Gracia Epilogue, but you can write info about lower chronicles, too

gladis skill crits are x2 dmg then normal skill hit and no crit dmg buffs and boss jewels dosent make skill crits highter

crit rate buffs like focus or hunter song increases only the crit rate of normal hits, not skills
about dw, fire dance etc i think it works for daggers, dunno for duelists

daggers yes , tyrs glads no, unless c5 when it was glads era, and maiby i was drunk/weed or didint actuly care what was typing

blow damage is considered on most servers as normal crit and with that the skill can still crit[which shouldn't be actually]
apart from that, all of these[in common] 100% chance physical skills that can crit won't be affected by neither rate nor crit damage buffs

So any other way to increase crit rate/crit power of skills on my Glad/Destro? I herd somewhere that +STR increase crit rate of skills, but it was some random untrustworthy source

str increases skill crit rate[and a tiny bit power too, since it modifies patk]
