i just said that vortex crusher should be +element atk, thats all
normal nukes i would go for +power at endgame, since everybody has element resist
+element vul sux, i know it from my own experience

it doesnt suck

if u increase ur nuke for power - damage difference is almost not visible
if u increase it for elem vul - damage difference is a lot higher

every selfrespecting enemy will have high defensive attribute vs u so elem vuln is the most useful

i tested that and nuke +25 power makes much better dmg than +element/+vul

test it with 300 weapon against a guy with 150+ resist and u will see huge difference
vulnerability wins

unfortunately i cant test it atm and show u results
most of my friends changed +power to vulnerability on teon bcuz the difference was rly huge

well i tested with weapon 300 water on 120+ water resist armor and i did more dmg with hydro blast +25 power than +25 element/ele vul
server was based on l2dc files but i have seen the same shit on l2blah if im not mistaken (that u should go for +power at endgame)

i didnt test it personally, i dont trust l2blah bcuz there r still ppl making mistakes (yes even diego)

those r experience of my friends on retail, maybe they did smthg wrong maybe xmvp did

i suggest to enchant it for vulnerability and change enchant route to power later and test it on ur own then
changing enchant route is cheap just get giant codex discipline
