Well i did small test.

2 same characters, with same M atk and same equipment, both have same atribute on weapon and same level.

Only difrence was one had +11 Fire Atk and other one had +10 Power enchanted on same skill ( both have 150 fire on weapon).
I tested it on NPC (Guard)

Result was that +10 power deal 200 more dmg than +11 fire one, i guess NPC had 0 Attribute value.

Can someone explain how is that possible?

try it on someone and not on npcs then the result would be more accurate.

Okey I did.

1 char with fire atk:

Without seed of fire 1200
With seed of fire 1400

Surrender to fire didnt change any dmg

2 char with power atk:

Without seed of fire 1250
With seed of fire 1250

Surrender to fire changed damage to 1500

Char that i tested on had Attribute value of fire 50.

Soo this is okey or server has bug? And what is bether to put prominance on? Fire atk or Power?

I've seen almost everyone say that u should enchant ur nukes for +power and ur vortex for +chance

nukes already have base attribute, adding them more of that wont change a lot
u can feel huge difference when u add attribute to non-attribute skill (perfect example is dagger's backstab)

Okey soo I go for power then. Could u guys advice me with other skills as well. like vortex said: to enchant vortex on chance, i heard alot thats is pretty much useless to enchant it on chance beacuse when ur lvl is high enough it lands almost olveys. And what about skills like Curse Fear, Slow or Cancellation, how usefull is to enchant them, and there chance rate when they are enchanted high enough (idk, +20/+30). And about wasting time on casting surrender to fire on oly, i heard best tactic is just to spam prominance. I'm pretty newbie on oly, what would u guys advice me, what tactic to pick against diffrent classes: tank, mages, archers.

i would advice u to go for +element vulnerability until u get lol300 element atk on weapon .. it's way better than +power (which is mainly used as an end-game option when u are full stacked) .. vortex always +chance
u should enchant ur fear on cost for longer duration but if it works like on retail, it shouldn't land at all (nukers from retail don't even have fear on skillbar) .. dunno about slow but u can't enchant cancellation ..
about oly tactic .. if u fight against other nukers, use prominence at beginning bcoz ur opponent will use vortex for sure so u will interrupt its cast .. then u can use vortex+slug (nuke>vortex>slug>nuke)
if u fight against daggers don't use vortex at beginning bcoz they will prolly use trick/switch/shadow step as their first move .. enchant ur aura flash on chance and use it as much as possible .. he will lose his target and u will be able to nuke him till death
against archers it's easy .. vortex+slug+nuke and u are done (unless it's a full stacked archer with stun ++ and rb jws:D)
against tanks it's almost impossible to win .. pala tk sk will use deflect magic at beginning so if u atk him ur nuke will be reflected to u .. u need to run until his deflect magic worn off (10 seconds or so) .. after deflect magic they will prolly use that ud against mages .. again u will have to run until his ud worn off .. after all these, u can finally use ur skills (try to slow him) but be careful to kill that phoenix bird firstly if u fight against pala .. they will use UD prolly enchanted to be able to move as their last chance but if they use it means that they have low hp so some nukes and u are done .. watch out that deflect magic/magical mirror doesn't have such a long reuse so be careful to not kill urself from reflect:D

u wont run 2 much because ull get chainstunned/rooted +SoF doesnt have speed penalty +while debuffing most likely ull get ur debuff reflected back on u if ur against tk/sk and even if u land something it will get cleanced by smart cube
id say just give up on fighting tanks

be hardcore - go cost

as i already said it's almost impossible to win against tanks but u need to run as much as u can while they use deflect magic etc .. also u can use MA set and castle circlet for stun "immunity"

it is decreasing ur opponent's fire resistance .. less fire resistance for him => much more dmg for u to him (since u have fire atk on weapon and ur skills are based on fire attribute)

for tyrant , what is best power or fire on skills ?
