i need some help about my friends aw...he is going for maj light set and soul seperator...he want to ask if this is right or should he go for dc light?he also want to know what dyes to use...

MJ light is best for AW , and i dont think that AW need dyes :P

Maybe except +4 wit -4 int ones for faster cast speed/reuse for hex, freezing etc.

I use mj light too. Some people say i'm an asshole, but let's consider the facts. It's the best for an aw. He gets stunned like a fly. As dyes, i'd go for +4 wit -4 int and +5 dex -5 str. That's the setup i use and i tend to say that it's great.

icarus i agree the MJ ofcourse and wit dye but why - str? that is AWs main "+" i usually use only +wit

You see, patk influences blow land rate very little. Aw may have a lot of str, but 5 str can be sacrificed for 5 dex. You see, (for me at least) speed is VERY important. Plus that you gain nice things by dex, mainly atk speed can really be seen.

Ofc, i don't ALWAYS use that config, but i posted it for who wants it to know that it's not a mistake.

On l2gold there's a system called rebirth system and you can choose to increase your stats by little steps. Maximum of 3 rebirths. I finished them ALL ON WIND WALK. That's +15% speed. Friends say i'm crazy, but ya know something? I don't need extra things to give me edge in pvp. I can handle pvp quite well. I need chase power.

You must + 4 CON too even with mj AW has high chance to get stunned

I don't put +con because you don't gain much. Low base con = low gain. High base dex = high gain.

maje light is the best A grade armor for an aw..
when you become 80 lvl (78 c4) -8 str +4 dex + 4 con.. you can't exp with those dyes that's why i said lvl 80 ;)

I already said, you need to land skill criticals or double skills (c4). -8 str is too much.

Get some +con dyes and the stun problem should be balanced but i would go for mj anyway (plus the dyes :P)
