Rapid shot was skill which cost about 30 mana for 20 min buff!!! Dash was skill only for 15 seconds and now they made 2 theese skills toogle?! WTF ncsoft owerpowered HE more than he was :O so stupid..

well yes.. but now they have to think when to use rapid shot.. if it's smth like 10mp per sec at least their atck speed won't be that great.
anyway yes dash toggle is a major boost for he and he's gonna cause much problems to classes without rooting skills.
.but at least their xp will be kinda nerfed (lol) without rapid shot

And about dash. This is becoming very imbalanced, and they don't see it. Their minds seem to be fucked up by some kind of virus. Now the th is the fastest class in the game. Ncsoft makes me really consider fucking leave this goddamned game. Okay, i can understand th, it's very very weak in pvp, w/e. BUT and BUT: they should have modified the HE dash. Look... The he is a pvp machine right? Now it's the best running archer too.

well yeah the game started to seem unbalanced to me too.. especially after blockade was brough out.anyway from what i read aggression will be fixed (i hope),since it has no effect anymore.i think that 3 sec locking must be target locking.and since i have a bd sub i'll get counter def to my sk .and that's good enough for me.
oh and i can't leave this game yet

I wouldn't get my hopes up because i have no fonds. I just said it as an idea that i thought about some time ago. The server may come up in 10 years as far as i'm concerned. I have to finish my studies. After that, i will have the necessary programming knowledge, but still. Fonds. Maybe i'll bring to life a server of l3 who knows.
Though i don't know any eta. I may become ready in a few years, i need to understand C programming language, or at least java. It's not that easy you know, since i wanna start from scratch, like ken of l2p did.

Until then, i may act indirectly. I might know someone that had an l2 server someday... Didn't hear anything for a long time, but it's enough to keep me investigating.
Or i can influence some brand new servers where i know the admins, where i helped with files.

i didn't wait to make it now...i just said that...as a tjanks because u hate the unbalance of the classes like me....i think that all do...except the ones who like human class:))
