But the spirit also works like that ?????.. cause it gives 10 % p atk / 10% atk speed

Also I read Guzeris or something saying Cele turns off when you get hitted ..
Maybe on official does (?-I don´t think so) but in private servers it protects y till the time expires ..

I also think on a "PVP SERVER" critic rate isn´t that good .. cause you already have it on max probably (excluding Olys)

so .. What do you think about Passive atk 65 -70
-Cele
-UD / Spirit (if it gives the atk speed) PROBABLY NOT
-Range

Or should I rly pick Master critic rate (+30-50 critic) / critical chance ???????

So the haste that the spirit gives affect the attack speed of a bow user ?!!

lol counter zerk should work only for matk/castspeed

on all the server's I've played and used summoner spirit it worked for atk speed (I don't use it that often)

Increase M.Atk, Cast.Spd, P.atk and Atk.Spd by 10% for 15 seconds

there is 2 difrent certifikates .

one is from warriors - haste, it only works on short range weapons, that means bows/crossbows are not affected by it.

and there is summoner - spirt cert, it adds p/m atk, atk speed, c speed,
at blah if u read later they updated it, when he made that chart it was from c when they got added from pts then at later c they got changed, to give p att/ att speed
