i don't lnow which server do you play at.i play at official server.
and i've seen archer hiting medusa target.and the message was

1 VS 1 .Lets just compare....
dance of warrior:12%p.at song of earth:25% p.def
dance of fury:15%a.s song of vitality:30% hp
dance of fire:50%crit power song of hunter:100%crit chance
Have tested myself.So who will win?:DSonger is better in pvp.
One more thing:it was said that bd had better magic skils.Lets imagine a simple pvp on arena.
1.We run to each other.
2.You use your magic skills(some hex or powerbreak).At the same time i shoot at you with a bow.I get some debuffs and you receive some damage.No benefits for you
3.After that you take a bow/duels and we start to fight(almost in equel conditions).But my buffs are better in pvp...
Nevertheless bd is better for gettin experience...

i don't know what you 've tested..
but i'll give an example.
a simple one so you can understand.

let's say a bd damages a sws with a bow for 200dmg.(i suppose you accept that).it goes up to 800 when crit with dw lvl3.so let's assume sws is under hex.dmg goes to 230.crit goes to 1000.add dance of fire.crit goes to 1500.do the math.

and at the same time sws crits for 650 dmg.why?'cause he has less str and his dmg is about 150.

and with dance of fury you can see who attacks more often.
and if you wan't to see who crits more.. crit rate is all about dex.go and check l.elfs and d.elfs.who has more dex?
you got you answer?

anyway you can just see at l2 calc that with same wquipment and self buffs bd does more dmd than sws at the same target.

Who has more dex?:D Dark elf? Look at some database not to say such stupid things. Anyway, buff efficiency depends on a server...
P.S. I still think that sws is better on pvp than bd.

ok l.elves have more dex.i forgot my +5 dyes.
but everything else i true and there is no such thing as dependin on server.i speak for official and only.all others don't interest me 'cause they don't represent the real value of every char or gamer.

you can still believe that.i accept it.but you can't say i say stupid things.it's just facts.that is the crit rate and the crit dmg done.accept it check and then just say "i prefer elfves".it's just preferances.i DO prefer d.elves.but sks and bds own sws.i've seen it.

ofc a mighty char.. noone said that a bd wil lfight against a pr with a bow.bds use bow in mass pvps and target near enemies on robe.you use duals when fighting one vs one especially vs archer.

and about your pr.deflect arrow and at c1.5 bds get resist arrow dance. you already know about their root.so keep running and foget about hiting anyone.

i will start modifying posts if you go offtopic again.the topic is about BD and SWS.not about archers.go play your archer on interlude coz "archers pwnz0rz in interludez0rz" and help somebody out if you can.if not,refrain yourself from posting.
now on topic: bd with full buffs and DB+focus can wreak some serious havoc in the battlefield.he's a support-type char BUT
parties without BD SUCK ASS
parties without SWS but with BD are good enough.
a simple example : if you're in a nuker party pre-78..why get sws instead of bd? conc gives cast speed.mystic gives m atk.ya swm has good skills for mages too (meditation,renewal) but they can't replay the lower-levels bd dances(conc,mystic).
my point is: you choose bd or sws in party as needed but any decent party needs a BD and some parties don't require sws.
as for pvp 1v1.. they're both good but fire,fury,warrior > hunter,earth

In my experience with sws i can tell you this...people want more bds and that bds get more respected and are appreciated by others...it sucks i know but only pros know that sws is very important but pros are few...


in general pvp party with sws > party with bd imo.

Now about topic:i see that nobody believes that song of hunter gives 100% crit chance.Why?I have tested it for many times ...This information is true for all off servers .If you don't believe me you could ask some experienced songers or test it yourself on pvp servers...

ok maybe you are mistaken.hunter gives 100% more crit rate (approximatelly).what that means?if your crit rate is let's say 120 it goes up to 240.i checked mine with drac bow and pp buffs it's 197.with hunter it's 332.that does not mean you do only crits.it doubles your crit rate.good crit rate but not only crits..

if smth like that was true every archer with hunter would be unbeatable in any pvp.he would crit in every hit for 4k dmg.

if haven't noticed every archer does crit for 4-5k out there full buffed with hunter and top equipment.

Many people say that archers with full buff are unstoppable...I agree with them to some extend...It is very difficult to defeat archer with full buff on a far distance...
