This quest may be a bit complicated and not easy to understand without the help of any sites as it also requires you a top quality meat together with the cryolite.

ffs breal..l2db.ru is in russian:Dhow is he suposed to use it if he doesnt know russian(btw dbru e dosta qk sait..kogato ne namiram neshto v pmfun gledam v dbru :)

Its simple. He is Bulgarian - so he will understand it + he will have guide ingame to help him.
