about steal divinity, skills are not going to be modified. it isn't a buff, it's a skill, so it won't be modified.

about buffs : leave em retail, or make 19 min buffs + 10 min d/s. nobody is gonna make a bd/sws as an aio, because 10 min is too little time. so it will be played.
i personally love retail + no dual box ) ... but nobody made a server like that ...
anyway, retail or retail+10min d/s ... that is the best

Good to hear that u support my decisions about new poll, atm retail buff time have very big advantage, anyways i think 3 min s/d wouldnt be worse idea becouse bd or sws could also use hex etc not only buffing all the time.

I believe you mean l2dc, and for low rate I agree, but sometimes ppl wanna play some mid-high rate servers but with retail buff times and no buffers, coz we dont have 10hours to play a day

i'd love better anytime a no dual box allowed, no mana potion and no buffer + retail buffs rather than a dual box server with 2h buffs and mana potion and sh1ts like that ...

in this case of this server, leave em retail, it's the best choice. with or without npc buffer, is your call.
that's how u'll make all classes playable, because if it would be a xh buffs server, everyone will have an aio buffer in giran and buff then go pvp / pve ... and that sux

I.e- have a retail server(no buffs, retail times, no pots, no aio, no gmshop etc...), with just a class changer and HIGHER THAN RETAIL rates......

Coz all those custom crap are just bringing the playability of the server down

I think actually 3-5 min s/d wouldn't hurt gameplay too much and it's realy good when they are little longer. Also about "custom crap" i want to make orginal server not just an one of thousands servers "retail like", i want to make a place for players and i change things to make lineage more playable.
