btw, about the buff duration poll, imo leave them retail. all classes would be playable. ofc u can make them retail + 10 min d/s ... it won't hurt.

Yes i also thinks that's the best option, but there is a poll, i am checking everyday for multiaccs to prevent cheating in poll. Got 4 accounts already banned.

I think that 10 min d/s will win. Anyway the poll is only to know what players want, final decision is allways in my side.

the server concept is good, imo ... i think you'll get good population
at least i'll be playing, when i'm not playing wow :d (if i play, 3 more friends of mine will play too) (and as i see, amrx & herlitz too ... so population will increase if the server is good).
btw, how much population now ? in beta ? and buff duration ?

Its beta, and check out the forums and stuff for info. Votes going on the buff time, i voted for retail, but is winning, which SUX BALLS COZ THEN YOU JUST AIO ONE DAMN SE+BD+WC AND ANOTHER EE+SWS then go to aden/giran/goddard church every 40mins to get full buffed!

But yeah, im messing around on the c4 server atm but ill play this for a bit also when it goes live, maybe longer

The final decision belongs to me and that's an only option wich i think i'll remove.

Also the start is moved to 21.05.2010 20:00 GMT+1, becouse it's best time to start a server.

Making 10min s/d wont solve anything, will just piss people off to have to box bd/sws AND bd/sws wont be playable. No one is going to play a buffer that can be boxed and rebuff/minimize every 10min. There is just no point. In 99% high/mid rate servers, a class or is a buffer or is a live class. Depends on what you want. BD/SWS usually suck hard in high rates because of buff duration. Think about it and make the server as you think will be best.

You must make a decision here. Do you want supports to be played actively? (bd,sws,ee,pp,etc)
if yes: retail duration
if not: dont fuck with buff times and make all 2h

Im telling you because its going to be a completely different server depending on what you choose

I personally prefer retail duration BUT most people think retail duration in high/mid rates sucks extremely, they want to be all DD pwning each other, not support buffers doing 100 damage... max support = OL/BP which can make noticeable difference as supports in any pvp party.

Talking about buffs... you also should think about Steal Divinity
If you nerf Steal Divinity you make Tanks OP.

Think about it, don't regret later
