bow for pwning niggers when u are rooted/arrested. and for fucking nubz that resist ur arrest and run fast. bow is smth that all fighter classes should keep, imo.

and like IdooL said, it's useful when u are rooted, or when the one u are fighting is running around
or a random situation, when u root/arrest/hold etc someone and that person doesn't have bow, u can shoot at him
