archers dont have heavy armor mastery
there is no valid reason why you should equip heavy armor Oo (doesnt matter what chronicle)

there is
in older chronicles that +8% atk spd boost is way better than any other stuff
there the re-use time is affected as well and since in pvp ppl live from skills, evasion hardly matters in pdef there won't be a huge difference compared to the other A sets
same for tyrants
now it's useless because crit damage decrease is needed, skill evasion is possible and also has bonuses for some classes and there are no real good set bonuses compared to the others on S+grade sets to handicap pdef
