no. was removed from range attacks. it activates only with melee attacks

It may not exactly be lol servers. In HB it activated with bow, only in gracia was removed

QQ im so scared when we will have Gracia on dex, SD is nerfed chronicle after chronicle ;p

Fighters will wont give 300 p.atk anymore, haste wont work with bow...

so what to take since chance haste doesnt work the additional CP or to take the resist debuffs(hold/sleep/shock etc) i want to take the debuffs resist since i dont have any epics :P
