Pros:
Nice website (I really like it).
Nice setup/ custom features (not my taste but fits exactly its style).

Cons:
Hard name to remember for non-LT people.
Forums are only in LT.

If you are not going international and its only for Lithuanians, looks like a good choice. But I am not a lithuanian.

And forum has EN section...

P.S. I'm not lithuanian myself and it's not my server, i just want more ppl to know about it, for more fun...

my personal advice
when advertising ALWAYS include [server platform-chronicle]Name Rates
for example [L2J-Gracia Epilogue]Randomserver X10 rates.
its much more attractive and offers much more information than just "new server" because there are hundreds of such titles
