NOBODY RAIDS WITH NUKERS SINCE C5 lol, when you will understand. DC/BD/SWS/Cardinal/Recharger/4destroes. Raids down in less then 2 mins

I was remembering that they were planning OB somewhere around June...

dyes : never used any
buffs: zerk yeh but mages kill your green a** easily if they can slow you becouse of low m def (tho frenzy + bow helps )
pvp :yeh u rule in close combat but ranged u sux unless u frenzy and go bow
raids : c5/c6 u rule c4 and kamael u sux on raids . on kamael frenzy gets nerfed so mages beat you on dd vs raid again .on c4 raids have 2 much p def and 2 low m def , c5 and c6 destros are better than all on raids .

Dyes: I'd put +4 str -4 con
Buffs: The same ones as every melee char :p Zerk = att speed = Frenzy reuse, so YES.
Equips: Tallum heavy (maybe later IC) And focus 2handed weapon.
Destro is really easy char to play in PvP. If you are prefrenzied when PvP
starts, you can rape everything But if u dont have frenzy by the time
PvP starts, u are useless, cuz no1 will target u so u could frenzy....

-con for pve right? For pvp i'd go for -dex all the way. You lose 3 base speed...

I'd go -4 con in pvp as well...
Cuz mostly, destro will be prefrezied if he ganks...
some con means nothing then :p
When destro is being ganked....eh...he cant do shit actually
Actually, shame on the MA who will target destro w/o frenzy...

+ Str wont be 'uber' help in pvp, but helps a lot on the pve purposes...
while con is again not usefull
