u use those books to earn / expand ur tab buffs ... sp cost =0 u learn from ur npc skills

I have only Ancient Book - Divine Inspiration (Modern Language Version) and i play on server with 20-21 buff slot's and i know for what is this book's i asking how to get the +1 buff slot.
