You should play on dexternet.

Rpg club is mostly russian server, and donation quite affect gameplay.
Donation from L2dex dont affect gameplay(don't lol now),and the community speaks english in general.

i always get angry when i see stupid comments such as "its a russian server" and what if it is a russian server?
servers that are registered from a certain country ALWAYS the majority of the players are from the same country
imo one shouldnt play dex cuz of bugland files and not cuz u see 60% ro in the chat(even when i shouted in giran !wts sop i got pms in ro..) and not even cuz the sv administration hides all the time the problems of the server(and kinda fail)

mengz, i don't have prbolem with non-international servers
even more, i friggin hate my own type, they always pk everyone and literally eat pvps for breakfast
i've been with many-many ro/holland/greek etc ppl and they were mostly cool
the problem is only if they can't talk in english

on frienzl2 i've been in a holland clan and they apologized to me whenever they had to talk on their own language, even though about 90% of the clan was holland
same with ro/greek ppl, though not polish, but they got ppl like this too
russian ppl are ok too, just they are toooo smart and come up with lol-programs for l2:D
i wouldn't dare to mess in a ru server

i don't like dex for many reasons, but even if it's a ro server, i'd still call it international somewhat, at least there are a lot of foreigners
