I use +INT, +WIT -MEN and +CON -STR but I always have either mana pots, or recharger

common nuker dyes...always +4int/wit -8 men and then +1wit/int -1 men or +4con - 4str

+4/5int +5/4wit is only for pve
if u play gracia, u can't even consider leaving behind +4con cuz ur summon will be the main damage dealer in some case
