imo it means
no matter how much u know, u'll never know everything

or the more you know, the more difficult problems u will face

oooor it can also mean that each person has it's own difficulties and for them it's a huge problem while for u it's too easy or hard, but that does not matter for that person

It means that knowledge leads you to understand that there are many many many things that you do not understand. And the more you know, the more you don't understand.

Knowledge is like a labyrinth.
You have choices.

You take a path and it leads you to more paths, but you can only walk on one, so you will miss the others, but the path you choose will once again force you to choose. And trough you move forward and learn, you will see that there are lots and lots of options you will never know because you have chosen an other way.
